Goal for the week 3x9h de someil Get to the end of the block without getting too tired
The good Objectif atteint Managed the block, swimming is good, foot no longer hurts running.
The bad Semaine emotionellement difficile Dug myself a little hole mid week. Got out of it in the end.
Thoughts En route pour les entrainements qui piquent !Interesting change in approach - much more focus on strength than last year. 
Enjoying testing and resting week now, then off to new levels!
